VISA-FREE travel campaign “Go Europe, Go Belarus!” together with its partners participates in diverse projects and campaigns and organizes various events aimed at abolition of visa barriers between Belarus and the European Union countries. Let’s make the moment of absolutely visa free Europe closer together!
Among the most outstanding events and initiatives organized by the Campaign are:
- “No Visa!” photo-action. More than 200 people from all over the world took part in it Join the photo-action ;
- Publication of a number of research works and analytical articles devoted to the problems connected with visas Analytics ;
- A number of documentary films were prepared to reveal the troubles that visas bring to regular people Video ;
- We organize informal events devoted to the topic of visas. They are often held in private flats in various parts of Belarus, for example Polatsk, Brest, Minsk, Hrodna. Our volunteers organized event of such format in Brest ;
- We are in contact with officials, including the ones from EU Civil coalition “Go Belarus! Go Europe!” to Adzhubais with a petition to simplify visa regime . We also appeal to the representatives of the Belarusian government The government of Belarus was called upon to simplify visa regime for foreign citizens ;
- We coordinate the activity of the volunteers of VISA-FREE travel campaign “Go Europe, Go Belarus!” VISA-FREE travel campaign “Go Europe, Go Belarus!” invites to take part in volunteer trainings ;
- Together with TUT.BY portal we organized an essay competition. The participants were suggested to share their stories about the problems with getting visas or crossing borders and their ideas that could make lives of people suffering from visa regime easier Who will get a Schengen visa? - Quite often famous musicians, journalists, artists join our campaign. Within the bounds of the campaign several concerts were held in Minsk and Vilnius. There was a great international festival Belarusian and Lithuanian musicians performed against visas .
